Day 29 → Something you hope to change about yourself. And why.

This is totally superficial, I know, and I am totally ok with it.

I want to lose weight.  I am doing my very best to eat well and got to gym six days a week, I have lost a little already and intend to keep going until i am happy.

I am doing this for me and frankly am loving that I loved myself enough to commit to this.
